The general accounting of the CSCF is annually controlled by an independent
fiduciary. This very detailed examination includes not only the actions relative to
its functionality, but also all those generated by the various projects which
it manages (for example red list projects).
The annual report drafted by the fiduciary is given to the Foundation
Council, the only one which is entitled to approving the reports and to give acquittal
to its direction.
Taking into account the very close links which bind the council to the
CSCF, this controlling authority applies an identical procedure for the accounting
control of the Center of coordination for protection of amphibians and reptiles
(KARCH).
